The location was great, close to all the Christmas markets and shopping centers. The room was clean and well equipped with all the amenities that one would expect, including a Jacuzzi. The reception staff was friendly and helpful with our queries.

The staff seemed to be disinterested, and there was a long waiting time for a coffee refill. the heating in the room was not working efficiently, and we had to continuously ask for blankets to keep ourselves warm during the chilly winter nights.

Getting around was difficult as the hotel is situated in a location where it's hard to hail a taxi or catch a bus. the breakfast was extremely basic, which left me feeling quite dissatisfied. While the room was modern and clean, the bathroom could use some updating. the staff made every effort to be helpful and accommodating.

Sadly, the hotel lacked the luxurious amenities that I expected, such as a swimming pool or sauna.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and even offered me lifts into the city. The facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped rooms to the mini swimming pool/jacuzzi in my room, which was a great touch. Moreover, the hotel was very secure, and I felt completely safe during my stay.
